When you order multiple items, they can be shipped separately so they can be delivered to you faster. It is therefore customary for you to receive your items in several separate packages.
Have you received your article but are not satisfied with it?
From the date your order is received, you have 14 days to return your item to us.
Here's how to do it in 3 steps:
- Contact us at email@example.com that you want to make a return
- Print and fill in the return form
- Send your article with the form to the address we will send to you by email
After receiving the item, we will return to you to offer you a credit or a refund.
The return is done exclusively by post and the return costs remain your responsibility.
You received a defective/broken product, what to do?
Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days after receiving your order with the following details:
- Your name, first name and order number
- The description of the problem (defective/broken article)
- A photo or video of the defective/broken item
You won't need to return the product and we will re-send or refund the product.
We will send you an email confirming the receipt of the items you have returned to us, and indicating that the refund has been validated. Refunds are made using the original payment method, and can take up to 15 days to appear on your bank statement.
