When will I receive my order ?

We work with suppliers from all over the world in order to be able to offer you quality products at the best price. As our suppliers are overseas and our items are in high demand, our average delivery times are 12 to 14 working days.

Why are there items missing from my order?

Our products come from different suppliers, it is quite normal that you receive your items in several separate packages. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry, the rest of your items or products will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide for free.

I want to modify / cancel my order, how to do  ?

Upon validation of your order, the information is immediately transmitted to our logistics provider so that your order can be prepared and sent as quickly as possible. It is therefore no longer possible for us to modify its content and the information provided when placing your order (address, size, color, etc.). You have 15 days to return a product to us.

Return procedure

I want to return items to you, what is the procedure?

From the date you receive your package, you have 14 days to return your item to us.

Here's how in 3 steps:

  • Contact support at contact@emergenth.com to warn that you are going to make a return
  • Print and complete the return form
  • Send your article along with the form to the address we will send you by email.

After receiving the item, we will get back to you to offer you a credit or a refund.

The return is made exclusively by post and the return costs remain at your expense.

I received a defective / broken product, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service at contact@emergenth.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  1. Your last name, first name and order number
  2. Description of the problem (defective / broken item)
  3. A photo or video of the faulty / broken item.

Refund procedure

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you returned to us, and indicating that the refund has been validated. Refunds are made using the original payment method, and may take up to 15 days to appear on your bank statement.
